2021-2022 School Year
At this time, many of our classes are full and waitlists are closed for registration. They may open back up later in the school year, so please check back if you don't see a class listed in the portal that you are interested in.
Please read carefully!!!
How to register:
1. Take a second to read through our class descriptions under the CLASS INFORMATION TAB if you are unsure which class to choose. Then, Click the Parent Login OR Create an Account button to get started! In the Parent Portal you can see the class schedule under the booking tab. If you want to simply view the class schedule before creating an account you can check class times and pricing by clicking the Class Schedule button above. Once you create an account you will be asked to accept our policies, please make sure you read these so you understand our enrollment agreement.
2. In the Parent Portal, Add the classes that you want to request to register for to your cart and check out! Please make sure to follow through all the way to the finish. Once you have completed your registration you will see the message: Your registration completed successfully. You will also receive an email immediately stating your registration request has been received. If you don't see either of these things, most likely you didn't finish the registration. All registrations will come through as a request and no payment is due at the time of online registration. You may request multiple classes, please list in comments 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice. You can also request a class that is already wait listed, unless that waitlist is full. You will see WAIT next to class Please also note, there are times a class shows open, but you may be waitlisted if others are registering at the same time. We process all requests in the order they are received. If you prefer a class that is on the wait list, add this class to your cart, complete the checkout process and our office will put your child's name on the wait list. You can be on up to two wait lists at a time.
3. Rising Starz will process all registration requests within 24 hours of registration (during normal business hours). If you have been approved for your class request, you will receive an email prompting you to login to your Parent Portal and enter your payment information. Further instructions will be provided at that time on how to complete your registration. If you need to set up a payment arrangement or change your due date you can request this by calling our office at 616-202-7953 or emailing us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
