📝 How to Register

📌 Please Read Carefully Before Starting Your Registration

 

Step 1: Choose the Right Class

• Visit the Class Information tab to read descriptions and determine the best fit for your child.

• When ready, click Parent Login or Create an Account to begin the process.

• Inside the Online Portal, click on the Booking tab to view available classes and times.

• Want to preview the schedule without creating an account?
  Click the Class Schedule button above to see class times and pricing.

• After creating your account, you’ll be asked to accept our policies — please read them thoroughly so you understand our enrollment agreement.

 

Step 2: Register for Classes

• In the Booking tab, add the classes you want to your cart and proceed to checkout.

• ✅ Important Reminders:

  • If a class is confirmed full, it will be labeled WAIT.  

  • If you don’t see a class listed, the waitlist is full.

  • You may request more than one class — be sure to list your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices in the comments section during checkout.

  • Want a spot on the waitlist? Add the class marked WAIT to your cart and complete the checkout process. If the waitlist is full, the class will not appear.

🛑 Be sure to click “Complete Transaction.”
Your registration is not complete until you see a confirmation screen and receive an email.

 

Step 3: After You Register

• Registrations are submitted as requests and will show a $0.00 balance at checkout.

• Rising Starz will process all requests within 48 business hours.

• Once approved, you’ll receive an email prompting you to:

  • Log in to your account

  • Enter payment information

  • Finalize your enrollment

✅ Tips for a Smooth Registration

• Complete the entire checkout process — don’t stop at adding classes to your cart.

• Watch for the Thank You screen and confirmation email.

• Registrations are handled in the order they are received.

• Occasionally, classes may appear open but fill quickly due to high traffic. You may still be added to the waitlist in those cases.
